• We are happy to exchange or refund items that you are not 100% happy with. (You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product if you wish to return it.)
• We only accept returns for unused items. (We inspect all returned items for signs of ware.)
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
• If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
• If the item is faulty or damaged you can return the item for a refund, within 28 days of receiving it.
• Please let us know you're returning something by emailing us at Returns@Pinsify.com and also fill in the returns note inside your parcel and send it back to us within the returned parcel.
• We'll refund the purchase price you paid for your item including the postage costs if the item once returned is discovered faulty. We only refund to your original payment method.
• The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Returns Department, so make sure they're packed up properly, securely and insured for their full value!
• All goods will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns, and Faulty or Damaged items don't need to be returned in the original packaging.
• In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us and we decide after inspection that the goods were not faulty or damaged through natural use or by transit then, we reserve our right to return the item(s) back to you without a refund.
• We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
• Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the full value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.
• We're not responsible for any items that are returned which fail to arrive back to us.
Out of Stock Items
• If the payment has already been taken, you will receive an email to either:
(a) Wait for the item(s) to be restocked before shipping out to you., or
(b) We'll refund the price you paid for your item(s) to your original payment method.
If any unlawful and/or unenforceable Clause would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the Clause will continue in effect (unless that would contradict the clear intention of the parties, in which case the entirety of the relevant Clause will be deemed to be deleted).
